To limit sybil activity, the same wallet address you use to register for and participate in the campaign on Somnia Testnet must hold at least 10 SOMI on Somnia Mainnet. The 10 SOMI must remain in that wallet continuously from the time of campaign registration until rewards are paid. This is checked through unannounced campaign snapshots and a final check at payout. If your balance is below 10 SOMI at any check after registration, you lose eligibility for all campaign rewards.
The SOMI stays in your wallet. It is not an entry fee or a stake and is not paid to dreamDEX. The requirement begins at registration, including for late joiners.
Weekly leaderboard and raffle results are provisional. Season results follow the final campaign snapshot. dreamDEX reviews the full campaign from November 9–15, 2026.
Verified rewards are airdropped in USDso into winners’ dreamDEX smart wallets on mainnet, associated with the same wallet registered for the competition. No separate claim is required.

Perps Arena runs on dreamDEX testnet from Monday, October 12, 2026, 14:00 UTC, to Monday, November 9, 2026, 13:59 UTC. Each trading week runs Monday 14:00 UTC to the following Monday 13:59 UTC, when the weekly snapshot is taken. The total reward pool is $15,000.
The weekly ROI leaderboard ranks eligible traders by their percentage return between weekly account-equity snapshots. The top 40 eligible traders share $2,000 each week, $8,000 across four weeks.
Weekly ROI = (account equity at this week’s snapshot − account equity at the previous snapshot − paper USDso airdropped this week) ÷ (account equity at the previous snapshot + paper USDso airdropped this week).
Account equity includes balance plus unrealized PnL. The same snapshot closes one week and opens the next. Balances and open positions carry over between weeks. The airdrop itself does not count as profit.
Close at least 10 trades during the week.
Trade on at least 3 separate days during the week.

The season leaderboard rewards consistency on one wallet across the full campaign. The top 30 eligible traders share $2,000, paid in USDso.
Season ROI = (account equity at the final snapshot − all paper USDso airdropped to the wallet) ÷ all paper USDso airdropped to the wallet.
Example: four airdrops of 1,000 paper USDso and final account equity of 5,200 give a season ROI of +30%.
Meet the weekly leaderboard qualification requirements in at least 3 of the 4 campaign weeks on the same wallet. Switching wallets restarts the count. A wallet joining in week 2 can still qualify in weeks 2, 3 and 4.

STT is provided separately for testnet gas and does not count toward the 10 SOMI requirement.

No deposit is needed to trade. Your registered wallet receives 1,000 paper USDso plus STT for testnet gas each week.
Yes. Your wallet receives that week’s paper allocation immediately, and each weekly leaderboard resets every Monday at 14:00 UTC. You still need to meet that week’s trading requirements. To qualify for the season leaderboard, the same wallet must qualify in at least three weeks, so a week-2 joiner can still qualify in weeks 2, 3 and 4.
Weekly ROI measures the change in account equity between weekly snapshots, excluding the weekly airdrop as profit. Account equity includes balance plus unrealized PnL. Season ROI is final account equity minus all paper USDso airdropped to your wallet, divided by the total airdropped. The exact formulas are in Full competition rules below Rewards distribution.

No. Leaderboard rank depends only on trading performance. Quests earn raffle tickets, but never a leaderboard multiplier.
You can participate without SOMI, but to receive any reward your registered wallet must hold at least 10 SOMI on Somnia Mainnet continuously from registration until rewards are paid. The SOMI stays in your wallet and is not an entry fee or stake. It is merely a tool to combat sybil abuse.
STT is the testnet token airdropped for gas. SOMI is the mainnet token checked for reward eligibility. STT does not count toward the 10 SOMI requirement. Use the same wallet address for the competition and the mainnet holding check.
Through unannounced campaign snapshots and a final check at payout. If the registered wallet is below 10 SOMI at any check after registration, it loses eligibility for all campaign rewards. Late joiners’ holding requirement begins at registration.
dreamDEX reviews eligibility, wallet activity and fair play after the competition, during November 9–15, and a reward is only confirmed once that review is complete.
dreamDEX aims to airdrop verified rewards by November 16, 2026, in USDso into winners’ dreamDEX smart wallets on mainnet, associated with the same registered wallet. No separate claim is required.
Perps Arena is run by dreamDEX on testnet, which is provided as is, may be reset and may experience bugs, downtime or pricing errors. dreamDEX may void or recalculate trades and results affected by bugs, exploits or incorrect prices.
dreamDEX may amend, suspend or cancel the competition, or change these rules, at any time by updating this page, including for technical, security, legal or abuse reasons. Changes do not affect rewards already paid. dreamDEX's decisions on eligibility, disqualification, results and rewards are final.
Perps Arena is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are not located or resident in a restricted jurisdiction listed in the dreamDEX Terms of Service, and is void where prohibited by law. dreamDEX may withhold a reward if payment would be unlawful.
Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties or other charges that apply to their rewards. Where the law requires, dreamDEX may withhold or deduct tax from a reward.
Paper USDso and STT have no monetary value. Participation and provisional results do not guarantee a reward. Reward amounts are shown in USD for convenience and are paid as the same number of USDso.
